Is your business ready for ChatGPT Ads?

A new ad placement is not automatically a new growth channel. Before moving budget into ChatGPT Ads, make sure the offer can answer a real customer need, the destination is useful, and the team can judge performance without relying on platform numbers alone.

01

Start with the question, not the format

Conversational environments are built around questions, comparisons, and decisions. List the situations in which a prospective customer would genuinely benefit from hearing from your brand. If the only answer is broad awareness, the channel may not be the first priority.

Strong use cases tend to have a clear problem, a credible answer, and a sensible next step. That could be a product comparison, a detailed guide, a consultation, or a purchase with enough information to reduce uncertainty.

02

Check the commercial basics

Agree on acceptable acquisition cost, customer value, margin, sales cycle, and geographic limits before launch. These numbers determine what the campaign can afford and which conversion signals are useful.

A channel test should have a defined budget and decision date. Decide in advance what would justify continuing, changing the offer, or stopping.

03

Prepare a destination worth visiting

Do not send considered traffic to a generic homepage. The landing page should continue the same topic, answer the obvious objections, explain the offer plainly, and make the next step easy on mobile.

Check page speed, consent, forms, checkout, and confirmation states before paying for traffic. A broken handoff makes every channel look worse than it is.

04

Name the owner

Someone needs to own budget, creative approval, measurement quality, and the weekly decision. New channels suffer when everybody is interested but nobody is accountable.

Start with a small working group and a short review rhythm. Capture what changed, what happened, and what the team will do next.

More than ten years of change has made us less interested in shortcuts.

Zalster was founded in 2015. The tools have changed quickly since then, while the need for clear priorities, dependable measurement, and well-executed work has remained.

01

Platforms will change

We have seen channels, formats, and algorithms come and go. The strategy still needs to work after the next product update.

02

The business is the reference point

Platform data is useful, but margin, customer quality, and realised sales decide whether the work creates value.

03

Experience should stay close to delivery

Senior specialists remain involved in analysis, implementation, and ongoing decisions—not only the first meeting.
